nothing great to say unfortunately, its a basic hotel fair distance from haram, there are local food shops and money exchange etc. I was there last few days of Ramadan.

The receptionist on the PM shift was nice. He loves children. I liked the design of the room. Small but comfortable. The hotel, the bed and the towels are clean. Parking is safe and spacious. Because we liked the place we stayed for 3 days.

I did not like anything at this Hotel. I have been with Booking for over a decade and never had such a terrible experience! Could not check in for more than an hour on arrival, only accepting cash without a receipt, the whole building smells like a graveyard, the bathrooms were a joke! (not clean, bad smelling, a lot of insects in each corner ). The reception never answered a call from room, the water kept leaking and getting water all over the place for 3 hours without anyone to help. After tons of trials, I managed to change the room to another one where I spent a single night and had to leave the hotel the next day morning to another one nearby without any refunds. They claimed that I had to contact Booking.com to get a refund. However, Booking.com responded with this message after several trials: "However, after we contacted the accommodation again to ask for compensation, we were no longer able to receive a response from them." This is not a single incident. Everyone at the hotel was unhappy and complaining about hygiene and level of cleaniness and the staff was useless and saying it's a management issue and they can not take any action to help.

The bathroom was horrible shower broken flush of the bathroom not working we call the reception so many times to fix it or either change our room hut no once come to fix and they said all rooms are full we went for umra and we were going for sleep only but the over all services are very bad in this hotel
